OneGoal CEO Melissa Connelly reunites with her former fifth grade student + OneGoal Alumna Diamond Delay to recall the life experiences that led them to the success they find today.

Robert Emmons joined OneGoal as a Fellow in 2009 looking to improve his life and his community. Almost 10 years later, he’s completed the program, experienced the highest of highs and lowest of lows in college and given back by joining OneGoal staff. As he looks toward his next professional step, he now reflects on each step of his journey and how they defined him.

Zuleica Lopez is the founding Director of Teacher Support at OneGoal – Bay Area. Here she shares how her own identity, built around the strength of her family and challenged by the stereotypes of her peers, has constantly evolved.

After realizing that her former second-graders were now in high school contemplating college, Brooke Flowers set herself on a mission to make college possible for all and lead the foundation of OneGoal – Metro Atlanta.
