Our model has been rigorously evaluated and our Fellows and alumni are demonstrating every day that the degree divide can be solved. 82% of OneGoal high school graduates have enrolled in college and 78% of those who enrolled are persisting in college or have graduated with a degree.

We have a team of dedicated postsecondary experts who work with you to tailor our collaboration to your institution’s unique context.
- Engage with OneGoal high school students by hosting college fairs, campus visits, etc.
- Regular communication about student pipeline and support of Fellows on campus
- OneGoal point of contact for additional support of Fellows during freshman year
- Shared messaging to Fellows regarding support opportunities on campus
- Consultation with OneGoal postsecondary experts on retention strategies and goals for OneGoal Fellow and other first generation students on campus
